Useless computers

After a week of trying to speak to one of their human beings I finally got hold of one on Friday afternoon, who confirmed my parcel would be delivered today. Unfortunately today I get the same message as the whole of last week we can't find your address... Can someone please tell these computers that I have received several packages from them this one is no exception... And fire all the computers and empty people then maybe you can provide customer service
