Useless Company Fastway Couriers

I have a Temu order which was meant to be delivered yesterday - Friday. The tracking system says it was delivered and signed for. I did not receive it so obviously it was delivered to the wrong address. The problem is that Fastway do not give you any options to contact them to trace the lost parcel. They do not answer their phone, they do not respond on WhatsApp with any meaningful options. And of course their Live Chat agents don't work on weekends. So it is impossible to report the lost parcel. By Monday it will be gone for ever. Useless company. Temu should not be using them again. There are always issues with Fastway Courier deliveries
