Useless and late

<p>I had a parcel shipped from Cape Town to Bloemfontein, the parcel has been in Bloemfontein since the 5th. After several calls and many emty promisses later, my package has still not been delivered! I got given the run around that the parcel is with the driver but I have been waiting for a week for this driver to deliver. They said that my package was delivered but nothing arrived and they dont have a signed waybill. Fast way couriers have either nicked my parcel or they have lost it and I demand they refund me. Also they never answe the phone. Pathetic to say the least!</p>
