USELESS AND ***********

Oh gosh where do I even begin? I ordered from Shein, my package got sent by Buffalo logistics I then later got an email from Fastway saying they received my package from Buffalo. I thought the handover was odd but what could I do? Alright so I received tracking information from Fastway and my package has been in JHB and wasn’t moving since the 24th of January (I stay in KZN) I found that strange because surely after a while it could at least make it to Durban. Today I received a call from a lady in the Eastern Cape saying she got my parcel. How is this even possible? If it was someone around where I stayed it would have still been bad but somewhat understandable. How on earth does this even happen? What a pathetic excuse for a courier company 🤮
