So Fastway is the preferred Temu Courrier. They invite you to connect to online live chat where they never respond to you. Tried phoning them 5 times this morning about a parcel that was out for delivery yesterday and I have not received it or a phone call. You can't get hold of anyone. spend R2700.00 plus VAT and Duties on a variety of items 3 weeks ago and I don't know where it is. They guys entrusted with this parcel by Temu and myself can not be reached. The tracking for the past 19Hrs has been stuck on out for delivery.
