Useless

The only reason that I give 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars. So I shopped online, placed an order and Fastway is the courier meant to deliver...... Well, first they misdirected my parcel, then sent it out 2 days in a row without delivery being made. Upon calling (four calls to get assistance) I was promised that I would receive my parcel the second day that it was sent out (onboard courier vehicle). This did not happen. Despite having placed my order on 13 December, I am 1 Xmas gift short - having been promised that I would receive my parcel 17 December, but of course Fastway had misdirected that parcel so I would have to wait at least another day. If you are thinking of using Fastway, just imagine how many of your customers will encounter this type of dissatisfaction and remember that this reflects directly on the vendor - I will NEVER shop from that jeweller again, because they are unreliable.
