Useless

My experience has been frustrating. I can’t reach customer support by phone, and the "prioritized WhatsApp line" is unresponsive. The website often glitches, and when I use live chat, I get an automated message about my order being out for delivery, and then the chat ends abruptly before I can ask anything. This needs to be fixed.
