USELESS
These people are COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!! I was told delivery would take place on 01 March. No delivery. Reason - unable to locate Consignee. Delivery to take place 02 March. No delivery. Reason - unable to locate Consignee. Am I supposed to sit here like a prisoner all day long waiting for a delivery which is never going to arrive. How can you be a Courier Service when you don't know where you're going????? I will never order from One Deal a Day again as long as they choose to use these Couriers.

The Driver continues to report that he is unable to locate me.
This is completely untrue, because I have sat here like a prisoner in my own home waiting for this delivery to happen.
I have followed up / tracked my parcel every day and I have also called them.
They promise to call back, but of course, they never do.
When you ask to speak to the Manager, he is never there.
I am a pensioner and I cannot afford to throw my money away like this - the supplier is also not responding to my WhatsApp or emails and they are not contactable by phone - so it looks like money down the drain.
If you are ordering anything online, please try to check if Fastaway will be the Courier company - if so, THEN CANCEL YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY.
