Honestly deal with them if you want to panic, stressed and affected! I dealt wth their Pretoria branch and service is ****, sh*t. Imagine more than three days to deliver a parcel in 50km radius of their offices! I lost business due to their delays, they don't even contact you to apologize only you have to make severals to hear nothing; THE PARCEL IS OUT WITH THE DRIVER, EXPECT THE DELIVERY IN NEXT HOUR(which is more than 3days) ha!

I requested driver's number to find out; he promised to deliver in few minutes, later no calls were taken, they avoid their customers.
