UP TO S**T SERVICE!!!!

I am trying for 3 days now to get a parcel collected for delivery!! Only way yoou can comunictae with them is via Whatsapp and say service agent will contact you, only to be requested furthie info like name and tel no, and nothing else happen further. They don't care because there are nowhere to report the up to **** service!!!! Suit them just fine. Will never ever use them again.
