Unsatisfied client

Firstly, I had to drive 20 minutes to receive my first partial parcel because Fastway got my area incorrect. Then I had to wait 40 minutes for the driver, after he told me he was already there! Now with the 2nd delivery, Fastway will arrange to get new instructions from the sender without trying to deliver it to me first??? Absolutely no customer service!! Nobody answers the phone!! Still waiting for my parcel!! I won't recommend Fastway Couriers to anyone!
