Unsatisfactory delivery service

I placed an order with a supplier on Wednesday 10/09/2025 and received a tracking number from the supplier for the order. According to the tracking on Fastway's website the parcel gets loaded into the courier vehicle but never gets delivered to our store. This has been the same feedback for 12,13 and 15 Sept 2025. Please ensure that the order gets delivered ASAP as I need the stock for my store.
