Unsatisfactory Customer Service

My parcel was scheduled for today 07/09, I called your JHB depot to find out where my parcel is seeing that its almost 5pm and I leave work @ 5pm I am told that the driver is making his way back to the depot and could not make it to Kramerville for reasons known to him. Can you explain how does that work? Was he not supposed to complete all deliveries before going back. I spoke to a Lebogang and all he could tell me is that he is escalating it with the operations and I will get my parcel tomorrow. I need myy parcel for the weekend, I will not be in Sandton for the next week. He put the phone on hold while I was talking to hime. Is this how you treat your clients. PLease make sure my parcel is delivered as I need it
