Unreliable, slow, constant delays, lack of information!

Terrible service! I wish I could post all the screenshots. Thanks to the lack of information and constant delays with my delivery, I have now lost 2 big clients and a lot of money for the products I ordered from my supplier that is now renered useless! It's unacceptable! You're supposed to be one of the fastest delivery companies but in reality you are the slowest most unreliable and I'm starting to think that my delivery will never arrive!
