Unreliable service of and the poorest courier service

This is the worst courier company as this is not the 1st time Ive had such an encounter with them this time its been the last straw, previous times its been either they cant find the adress or there was no one at the said adress when they attempted to make a delivery, which is completely untrue. This time Ive been awaiting a parcel, they have send me a notification stating my parcel is onboard a delivery vehicle and would be delivered before end of the day. Ive been waiting patiently even rescheduling appointments because I waited for them,but again they have been ever so unreliable because no delivery was made. This morning when I tracked my parcel it shows its left at the west bay 2 and will be delivered on the next available delivery date... This is poor service the should just close shop because whats the use they in business but are so unreliable..
