Unreliable delivery service

I placed an order online & they happen to use Fastway. They sent a message to say my parcel was out for delivery on the 3rd Feb & I waited all day. By 4pm I followed up as I noted they close at 5pm. After 6 attempts their phone line cuts off & they recommend to use their WhatsApp line. No response. I now receive an email to say they delivered at close to 7pm & could not reach me. I patiently wasted an entire day only for them to blatantly lie that they delivered. There are no missed calls on my cell after giving instructions to call me as I live in a complex. I reviewed our complex camera & there were no cars at the gate as per their time frame of so called delivery. Its now scheduled to be delivered today yet again no time frame. In future I will ask the service provider to use another courier & I will be prepared to pay more. If they can prove their driver was in fact here I will retract my negative review.
