Unreliable deliver partners

My issue is not directly with Temu but with Fast Way, the courier company you use for South African deliveries. The company is totally unreliable and ***********. They never deliver parcels on time. It's also impossible to get them on the phone, if you do get them they will promise that the parcel is out for delivery. They then update lies that they couldn't deliver since the premises was closed. I'm staying in a complex with 24/7 security there's no way the complex can be closed. It's frustrating dealing with these people. Since you guys have a contract with them can you pop atleast look in to this matter since it's impacting on the entire service we get from Temu. Check their reviews on Hellopeter,everyone is complaining about the very same issue. I would appreciate if we as customers can be given an option to select our preferred courier so we don't have to be dealing with such incompetence from them. Since Monday, they've been saying my package is out for delivery but nothing has been delivered since instead they will update their tracking website with lies to cover their backs and say they didn't find anyone, didn't have access to the building or they tried calling but no one picked up. That's their strategy.
