Unreliable courier service

The most appalling service ever!! They miss directed my parcel almost a week ago and still today I haven't received it. What makes me even more angry is that no one in their Joburg depot is able to tell me when the parcel will be dispatched for delivery and noone bothers to notify me on any developments. I honestly don't know why Buffalo Logistics chose to work these people.
