unreliable courier

Fastway couriers failed to deliver my parcel. No correspondence from them apologizing for inconvenience or notifying me of way forward. Their whatsapp and online query platforms go unanswered.

they closed delivery of parcel stating it is now an insurance claim, yet still i have not been called or emailed regarding any of this.

Horrible horrible experience!
