Unreliable and terribly slow courier service.

Another parcel not delivered despite a e-mail saying it is out for delivery. One thing did change from the last non-delivered parcels. This time the parcel was left on the eastbay, not southbay in Nelspruit. This is truly the most unreliable courier cervice I ever dealt with. Also interesting to note they do not reply on negative reviews, ignoring the problem won’t make it go away.
