Unreliable and disorganized

I’ve always found them to be the most unpleasant and unprofessional courier service to deal with.

I had a shipment from China. Fastway sent me an email on Saturday to say that the parcel will be out for delivery. On Monday when I try to track my parcel, it was updated that it was delivered and signed for. I hadn’t received the package. I called and they said it was a scan error, the package would be with me by 5pm. It’s now Wednesday and I still don’t have the package. I called again and I was given the driver’s number. The driver told me he did not have the package and another driver, Xolani, has it. Xolani told me that he will check the goods in his vehicle and proceeded to block my number. I called back the first driver and was told that it was probably still at the depot. He said he would check and proceeded to block my number.

I still don’t have my package and no word from them.
