Only gave it 1 star because I can’t give zero, they are the most useless courier service I’ve ever come across and this is not the first time having problems with them, my package is not delivered 2 weeks after they received it and still I don’t have it, all I keep getting is a message that the courier didn’t get a hold of me and yet no one called and cctv at home doesn’t even show anyone coming to the house, I got an email to update my details from PONTSHO LEROBANE, which I did and still NOTHING, me saying they’re useless is a compliment
