Unreachable support - terrible customer care

They attempted a delivery when I was not home - and now that I am trying to get ahold of them to confirm delivery - they have no support number to call, and their whatsapp support service is absolutely useless and keeps failing and making me start again. Now my delivery update shows that it requires action - but I can get ahold of nobody to find out what action / resolve the issue.
