Unreachable and Unreliable Incompetence

Ordered an item to be delivered with Fast Way Couriers. Item was supposed to be delivered 12 Dec, the latest tracking update showed that the package was released 5 Dec, and nothing afterwards. Contacted them via WhatsApp, and was told that the next available consultant would contact me, that was yesterday 15 Dec.

They do courtesy contact you if a package is delayed. They do not respond to enquiries, except for useless AI. They do not stick to delivery dates. And they do not contact you, even if you manage to get their WhatsApp AI to realize its responses are inadequate, and a consultant is required. Consultants do not get back to you.

I ordered this so that it would be delivered a week in advanced, now I'm going on holiday, and Christmas presents are probably lost in their warehouse since 5 Dec.

Useless and *********** Courier, thanx for spoiling our holiday and Christmas.,
