Unproffesionalism on a high level

Just found out my parcel back to Temu after 5days, because they could not get hold of me. I was writing exams during that period and might have missed their call but I had no emails or whatsApp texts that was left for me to respond and advise how I can get my parcel.

Unproffesionalism is an understament, I really don't know what to call them. You can't get anyone on the phone to help, you are taken to the voice prompts again and again then the phone calls eventually drops itself. :(
