Unprofessional,useless,time wasters

Im so speechless seeing reviews from people about this company and im wondering why isnt any of the owners of the company doing something to fix this ******* system they have,You should be called Fast NO Way because you will have our parcels on your vehicle for more than 3 days,call us on day 4 to come collect our order at your specified location not our houses and when we cant make it to ur specified location,wabam "we could not locate cosignee" *** ,wabam "my order is being returned to the depot" Why? Your drivers are professional ****s whom can claim they called us even when they didnt and they cant find us even though they have never set foot in our areas of location and they get away with it all the time....Im exhausted to even explain the trauma youve caused me,still fighting to get my parcel to date you've had my parcel since 29 Nov 2023 ,I hope retailers will stop using this useless company try other service providers plsss
