UNPROFESSIONALISM at its peak!!!!!

Why do your drivers never contact the customer before or during the delivery of a parcel?!?!

I am now having to ascertain who took delivery and signed for my parcel.

No name, no details, NOTHING, only an email stating my package was delivered and "signed for"!

No courtesy call to say who the package was handed to, NOTHING!!!

Unprofessionalism at its peak!!!

And now I am attempting to call the courier but to no avail'. ***?!?!

If a negative rating were ever an option.
