Unprofessional servive

I order a online product that was suppose to be delivered by Fastway Couriers. I decided to check for myself where my parcel is via the tracking nr a day later. To my surprise it was signed for by myself. I called the courier company and all they do is put the phone down in my ear! How am i suppose to locate my parcel?
