unprofessional service

I am rating them 3 stars, because their drivers are not professional, they call you when they have already arrived at the gate, they must call us 30 minutes before they arrive, as much as they are at work we are also at work and we should respect our employers, I cannot leave my work station to collect a delivery without giving notice to my colleagues. please train your drivers on customer services. I am not happy with the delivery arrangement. we are not sitting here the whole day waiting for them to deliver, we are also at work and they must give us a fair notice on their arrivals
