Unprofessional service

Terrible service received from fastway couriers🙄🙄🙄 I am not happy I tried calling to follow up on my order and nothing was updated on the portal been sitting in the delivery bay since 28 Dec. I emailed to follow up and a lady advised me that my parcel will be delivered latest 31st of December, today is the 2nd of January 2026, and it was only out for delivery today, and yet it was not delivered, taken back to east bay will be delivered on the next delivery schedule. I feel this is very unprofessional, never mind the fact that we can't get ahold of no one to follow up in regards to the delivery. I have another two deliveries From temu I honestly really hope that I'm not going to battle again to receive my goods.

I cannot even think how does companies operate and yet they don't answer call nor emails, just terrible

I require urgent feedback.
