Unprofessional service

This courier company is very useless, I package was in transit from Johannesburg to Newcastle depots from Saturday, today being the 24 December 2025 there is still no update its still saying in transit, I tried calling the Newcastle depot but on one is answering, I also tried the area manager his acting like he can not hear me, I tried head office they are also not answering, which is unprofessional, I won't advise any one to use this company.
