Unprofessional service

I had a Temu order which was meant to be delivered on the 09th of this month and i had specifically requested that they call me before hand for the delivery, so on Tuesday the called me when they were at my gate and had to call a neighbor to collect my order in which my neighbor come out the delivery guys had left and his number where not reachable, so laid a complaint now they are they telling me that am under review which will take 3 to 7 days yet i will be out of town tomorrow morning for the holidays, they is no right way to contact them cause they don't answer the phone so i only can talk to chat box of the company and had to pay R228 for delivery which i haven't even received. Total nonsense.
