Unprofessional Service

I have unfortunately not received a good service from Fastway Couriers. Parcel NA *** was sent from Durban and still has not been delivered despite numerous phone calls. One time I was advised that they couldnt contact the driver {Godfrey] as his phone was off. This is unacceptable. Phoned again this morning and was told that it would be prioritised on delivery schedule. Still waiting!! Was given Godfrey,s cell number and when he answered asked where he was and what the problem was. He advised that it would be delivered sometime this afternoon? Can this matter be investigated as it does not promote a good image of your company. H van Buren ***
