Unprofessional n *********** driver

The driver named Sam who uses the number ***) from Witbank was supposed to deliver my package yesterday at Vlaklaagte 1 kwandebele, he called me 18:50 for delivery saying he's on his way n wanted directions but as I was giving him directions he didn't want to listen to me n said I should go n wait for me at a tarven.. Why do we have to supply you with delivery address if we'd be expected to go wait at the driver's preferred place at night in the rain?? I am so p**sd because I even made means to send him direction via sms as load shedding would commenced at 7pm n sent him alternative number to contact me yet he chose to ignore everything n went back with my parcel.. He is very unprofessional n rude, when I called him to ask what happened he hung up. Fastway you need to fix this.
