Unprofessional Company

My parcel was sent to the wrong province, I've been **** to by support staff on when the parcel would arrive. They even offered an airfreight service that doesn't exist. Managers don't pick up calls or call back as promised. The company has also **** multiple times to my supplier on the delivery dates. They have massive issues with call lines cutting off before you even reach support staff and their online support is automated bot based so there's no help there. Don't use these guys. All their 1 star reviews on Google prove how useless they are.
