Unprofessional company

I have been calling Fastway Couriers Pretoria for my parcel, no one is picking up and they keep on dropping my calls. I don’t understand how the hell does one going to get their parcel if the people working there keep dropping calls. As a consumer This is soo RUDE and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
