Unprofessional and unfriendly

Been calling since Tuesday to find out if they courier to a certain destination, 1st call i got a ''im not sure" response from the actual courier, phoned the landline and got ''we only deliver there on a Friday'' i called at 10:45am this morning, got the response ''i already delivered there this morning, im not going back'' - how about being specific as to the time you deliver to a certain destination or maybe even better how many times a day you do deliver, this was an urgent parcel, now i have to 'wait until NEXT WEEK friday''- as i was told. how professional.. - Not happy at all
