Unprofessional and terrible service

How pathetic and unprofessional... They don't return your calls when you enquire about your parcel. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed by a courier company. I called their number and spoke to a Mapuane Mahlase who didn't seem to care about my complaint.... Just bring my parcel and me and you will never cross paths ever... So disappointed
