Unprofessional and inefficient

Twice in a row I received a message notifying me of delivery failure. On both occasions, I have been home waiting for the said delivery. On both occasions, they didn't even try to call me. They say the premises were closed! Ofcourse residential complexes are always closed to avoid crime, which is why we write our cellphones on the address so that you can call when you are at the premises. I am so ****ed. I am going to cancel my order, request a refund and log a complaint with the company to not use this courier again. Your drivers are unprofessional and inefficient.
