Unprofessional and disrespectful

I ordered a product that uses your company for delivery. I was not informed when my order will be delivered so I could not prepare for the delivery. I have a the****utic room on my property and there was a patient at the time of delivery. Instead of your driver calling me on my cellphone (my number was on the package) he decided to yell at the top of his lungs "HELLO" until I came outside. The person who had a patient had to interrupt her therapy to go and see why this person was yelling. It is unprofessional and disrespectful to the neighbourhood and to the the****utic room.
