Unprofessional and dangerous approach to supposedly delivering.

My package was due for delivery yesterday. The delivery guy phoned and told me that he cannot deliver my parcel because he afraid to drive on the +/- 300m dirt road that is wet due to all the rain in PE and that he is afraid to get stuck since he has gotten stuck before. I told him I understand that its wet but I guarantee he wont get as there are multiple sedan vehicles using this road. He rep**** that he will not deliver and insisted that I collect my parcel from him on the side of the road where the tar road runs. I was unable to do this for many reasons- safety for myself as a woman alone in a rural area being one. Then I received an email stating that my parcel could not be delivered due to forced circumstances. After trying to solve this matter to absolutely no avail apparently, I was phoned again to collect my parcel from the side of the road. Since I spent a hefty amount on this parcel I was afraid to lose my money, so off I went to the side of the road in rural area, driving in my normal sedan car, on this wet dirt road, not slipping or sliding or getting stuck in the entire 300m, to meet a stranger supposedly there to DELIVER a parcel that was paid for to be DELIVERED, so that I may COLLECT my parcel. To make this matter so extremely aggravating is the unprofessional manner in which this company has delt with this situation. Extremely poor service and extremely unprofessional.
