Unpleasant talk

I am very unhappy with how the fastway employee talked to me when I called him to enquire about my parcel. He spoke to me very rudely, saying " it is this kind of things that makes him not finish my job and he has 150 parcels that he needs to deliver and I just have to bear in mind that he won't leave what he is doing because I decided to call him and Temu parcels are not as best and apparently I was not the first to call him from the company that I am working for, according to what he said. He later decided to deliver my parcel after the unpleasant talk with Mr. Molefe.
