Unnecessary delays

My parcel was moved from the JHB depot to the PTA depot only to find out that the area of Midrand I am in is not serviced by the PTA depot. Now my parcel has to be sent back to the JHB depot and then delivered to me in Midrand. Make that make sense?

Nobody informed me of this and I had to call in and find out myself.

Would not recommend.
