Unhelpful Delivery Service and Lack of Transparency

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service to Pretoria Kameeldrift West. Deliveries are only made on Saturdays, which is very inconvenient as it forces me to wait until the weekend and stay home. This restriction is not mentioned anywhere in the Terms and Conditions, nor is it disclosed to customers using the service.

Additionally, when I reached out to customer service agents for assistance, they were not helpful at all. This lack of support and transparency is unacceptable. I hope the company can address these issues promptly to improve the overall customer experience.
