Unhappy customer

I have been waiting for my parcel from Fastway Couriers for nearly two weeks. The company I purchased the good from assured me that delivery will take 2-4 days. I have tried to get a hold of the Fastway Couriers, however, no answer. Furthermore, the status on my parcel has been the same for nearly a week.
