Unhappy customer!

I ordered dresses with Africa Fashion House and they use fastway couriers and they don't call me to let me know why they can't deliver! I call them they forward me to a guy who supposedly has my parcel who says he doesn't and doesn't deliver in my area...what nonsense!!!! *********** to say the least
