Unhappy and annoyed customer

I placed my order on Shein on the 3rd of December, paid for delivery on the 11th. Till today I haven't received my parcel, they keep on saying the parcel has been left in the East Bay, on the following day they say on the North Bay. They have been doing this for so long and they deceive you telling you they will make a delivery the following day after the enquiry. Horrible service!!!!!
