Unfair treatment by those fools

If I could give them a zero I would. My parcel spent the whole day with them yesterday. I called and they said they were going to call me back. No did. The update on their site gave me the impression that I will get my parcel this morning. I didn't... I then called them today and spoke to Nkuli who was so rude and put me on hold while I was talking, then transferred me to. An air head called Lebo who put me through to a redundant line, when I asked to speak to her team leader. I called twice thereafter to speak to them again, Nkuli sent me to an invalid number. I called looking for their manager, then I guy called Mpumi picked up, tracked down my parcel. He got back to me and told me that the driver to my area is not at work but he sent the parcel to the parcel manager who can only bring the parcel after hours.

My business depends on those parcels but these fools don't care because they have received their money. The ombudsman needs to intervene. If I were white my parcel would have been here. But I'm too black to succeed
