This is a company that is most unprofessional witg a bunch of ******* and ***** working for them . I was expecting a parcel i got mail from fastway saying the parcel is picked up. And tracking the parcel on the website said parcel could not be delivered as consignee was unavailable which is a lie i was not contacted and i was at home the entire day. I called the Durban office and was told parcel will be delivered today yet again when i track the parcel it states premises was closed so parcel could not be delivered. Yet another lie how can a residential complex be closed. I called the durban office had the call cut whilst speaking had to call back was told delivery will be Monday now. Seems as if the drivers are too stupid to do deliveries or the company is still learning about couriers. I wouldn't even give them 1 star and they should change their name to fastcon couriers.
