UNDELIVERED PACKAGE

horrible service, was expecting my TEMU parcel yesterday 06/01/26 waited the whole day only to receive an email at 19:36pm with the following message which by the way WAS A LIE tatus: The courier attempted delivery but was unable to locate the consignee. I Followed up just after 8am today 07/07 and the operator on the other end was uninterested in assisting telling me that the package went back to the depot and i must wait for a redelivery , what horrible service is this
